Refund policy

We have a strict 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note the return shipping will be at your cost and a 15% handling fee will be applicable on the total invoice. The delivery cost will be non refundable.

By signing the delivery paperwork, the client acknowledges receipt of the items in good condition and accepts them as delivered. As such, no returns or exchanges will be permitted thereafter.

Please note that items purchased on special or promotional sales are final sales and not eligible for refunds. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase, as we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on these discounted items. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to all our customers and to maintain our competitive pricing on sale items.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Chair purchases and Bulk Orders

To ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, we recommend ordering a single item first to confirm that it suits your space, needs and style. Once you are happy with your selection, you may then proceed to order the quantity you require.

Please note that no returns will be accepted on bulk orders of any item. We strongly encourage customers to assess a single item before placing a larger order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom made furniture, cushions and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
