📝 Terms & Conditions – MHF Decor-Delights PTY LTD 5th Anniversary Giveaway
1. The giveaway is valid for orders placed between 1–30 September 2025.
2. Customers qualify for entry when placing an order of R2999 or more (excluding delivery fees).
3. Each qualifying order = 1 entry into the weekly draw. Multiple qualifying orders = multiple entries.
4. Winners will be drawn randomly and announced every Wednesday via our newsletter (www.mhfdecor.com) - Don't forget to Sign-up!
5. Winners will be contacted directly by MHF Decor-Delights PTY LTD.
6. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
7. Prizes cannot be swapped for alternative furniture or décor items.
8. Delivery of prizes will be arranged within South Africa only.
9. Should a winner fail to respond within 7 days of notification, a new winner may be selected.
10. By entering, participants agree to allow MHF Decor-Delights PTY LTD to use their name, and (if shared) prize photos, for promotional purposes.
11. Winners who share their prize on social media and tag MHF Decor-Delights PTY LTD will receive an additional thank-you gift.
12. MHF Decor-Delights PTY LTD reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway at any time.
